Context
No major macro news. $VOO up yesterday, might recover today. Still hoping for $MSFT to recover and close the position. Illiquid microcap SELL orders filled during pre-market.
Plan
- $VOO: leave orders as they are, 0.03% profit.
- Illiquid microcap: Rinse-and-repeat. Created another set of BUY orders at previous PT. Let’s see how long it lasts.
- $CGS: do nothing. Price is going back down, but I’m feeling hesitant about buying more because of the large fees at very small share numbers. Need to revisit this and do the math.
- $FENC: do nothing. It’s becoming really cheap, but there aren’t signs that whoever is selling is done with it, and I also don’t have any info about how the new CEO is doing.
Execution
17:14 $VOO / $FENC
$VOO LIMIT orders executed at ~0.3% gain. Feeling bountyful. I’m looking at FENC continuing to go down, but I will stick to my plan.
EOD Observations
Working well
- Plan ahead.
- React to $FOMO intelligently.
Do Differently
- $VOO has inertia. After a 2w retreat, aiming for 0.03% was too conservative. Spread the sell orders in stages that reflect my conviction. Should practice with RSI and RVOL and take those into account as well.
